Colourfence was launched in 2003 with Mark Stewart-Woods heading up the team from the headquarters in
Drybrook, Gloucestershire. The initial, small, agile and brilliant team were responsible for putting up
Colourfence all over the country from the Isle of Wight in the South to Edinburgh in the North and as far
West as County Cork in Ireland. The team is dedicated to delivering the best products with outstanding
customer service and they pride themselves on the quality of their workmanship.

Mark Stewart-Woods
Mark is one of the founders from Australia. He has a huge amount of experience and
enthusiasm and is a seasoned entrepreneur. He has been a key driving force in
developing the company and believes whole heartedly in Colourfence fencing as it brings
genuine benefit to it's consumers and the environment generally.

Iain Colling – Franchise Manager
Iain is a Supply Chain and Customer Service professional who has previously worked in senior roles for some of the biggest names in British retailing.
He has a passion for customer care and leads the service delivery activity for the company. Iain guides all of our Franchisees through the process of
joining the team and ensures all network members deliver consistently excellent service to Colourfence customers.

Bob Earl
Bob has spent his entire career designing steel products as well as maintaining and running
steel plants and is now handling the manufacturing of Colourfence. Bob moved back to the UK
from Australia in 2006 and brings years of steel roll-forming expertise and even had a hand
in manufacturing the roll-forming machinery based at the Colourfence HQ.

Peter Grocott
Peter has spent over 35 years in the construction industry working mainly in the public
sector as a Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer. His vast engineering experience
spanning projects from railways, highways, airfields and much more provides Colourfence
with a unique resource that many clients find invaluable.

Wendy Earl – Office Manager
Wendy started her career in the banking industry which she work in for over 12 years. She then moved into accounts
at a secondary school until moving to the UK in 2006 with her husband Bob, who is also part of the Colourfence team.
Just before joining Colourfence she worked in a logistical warehouse looking after admin.

Gary Rowles – Production
Gary has specialised in production throughout his career. Starting off with Rank Xerox for 11 years,
Gary worked in the machine shop as a setter operator on various machines including mills, drills and lathes.
The next step saw him take on sheet metal machines, fly press and guillotines, followed by a stint as a sheet
metal/coach builder before joining Colourfence to coordinate production.

Paul Smyth
Paul co-ordinates all the PR and media activity for the company and brings years of experience
gained all over the world to publicising Colourfence. He works with all of the team supporting
them and making sure that they have the marketing and communications tools they require as well
as dealing with all of the media enquiries about Colourfence.

David Faulkner – Northamptonshire
David has over twenty years of experience to add the team and is a real specialist
when it comes to fencing. He joined in the early stages having been impressed with
Colourfence while on a trip to Australia. What sets it apart from the rest of the
materials on the market for him is the fact that it has none of the harmful chemical
treatments that make wooden fencing not only difficult to maintain but hard to dispose of.
